What Youll Do

As an Improver Refrigeration Engineer, youll work alongside experienced professionals maintaining and servicing supermarket refrigeration systems across multiple sites. Youll be involved in diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs all while building your skills and confidence.

Essential

What Were Looking For

• A keen interest in refrigeration systems
• Some hands-on experience or relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or similar)
• Full UK driving license
• Willingness to learn and work on-call as part of a rotation

• F-Gas / C&G 2079 certification
