Your role in a nutshell

Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through delivering exceptional customer service at all times. Uphold the company's values and vision while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

With over 2,000 products designed to suit every preference, our team engages daily with customers, learning their needs and recommending products that make them feel good. Many products are made with natural ingredients sourced ethically via Community Trade programs, helping communities build better lives as we promote responsible shopping.

As a Consultant, you will offer expert advice, share insights into our products and philosophy, and engage proactively with customers to find solutions that suit their lifestyles.
