Your Contribution

As a Principal Development Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and validation of cutting-edge engineering solutions, driving technical excellence and innovation within our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

• Lead the planning and execution of complex development projects from concept to delivery.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance across engineering teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies, tools, and processes.
• Oversee validation and testing activities, ensuring products meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align product development with business goals.

Your Experience and Qualifications

We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated engineering professional who brings a blend of leadership, technical depth, and collaboration.

• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline; advanced degree desirable.
• Significant experience in product development and engineering, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Proven leadership in delivering complex technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of design validation, testing, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Proficiency in engineering tools and software (e.g. CAD, simulation, FMEA, project management tools).
