Job description

The Wellness Clinic within Harrods is seeking a dedicated Wellness Clinic Coordinator to manage front desk operations at The Wellness Clinic within Harrods. This luxury space unites the world’s leading remedial, aesthetic, and wellbeing specialists, attracting Harrods' exclusive clientele.

This role is a part-time position, working 22.5 hours (3 days) per week.

About The Role

As the Wellness Clinic Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional results through outstanding service and customer experience. Your responsibilities include both customer-facing reception duties and call centre administration, managing bookings and inquiries via telephone and email.

  • Maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality at the front desk.
  • Act as the first point of contact, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Learn, understand, and effectively communicate our extensive treatment and product offerings, blending technology with ancient healing techniques.
  • Issue and manage medical forms, ensuring they are completed and returned in advance of appointments.
About You

You are proficient in appointment management and can multitask IT systems with accuracy. Experience in the luxury market and exposure to high-end clientele are essential, along with:

  • Knowledge of medical, health, and aesthetic treatments offered.
  • Discretion, empathy, and impeccable customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of medical terminology (beneficial).
  • Ability to multitask and switch seamlessly between reception, administration, and inquiries via phone and email.
  • Ability to develop strong professional relationships with practitioners and doctors.
