Your new company
You will be joining a Financial Services business, specialising in financial administration, looking for an intuitive Category Director to help mould the future of their procurement function. They are a global business and have expanded year-on-year, now operating across 20 countries. This organisation has generated over $3Bn in revenue over the last 12 months and plays a crucial role in the world of investing, acting as the backbone of shareholder infrastructure for thousands of companies and millions of investors.
Your new role
Reporting into the Chief Procurement Officer based in the US, you'll be tasked with defining the improvement of the procurement functions, pushing the agenda, and building relationships with the business globally. You will be managing a spend portfolio of circa $100M USD across Professional Service categories such as Accounting, Audit, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Consultancy. You will collaborate globally by partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions, ensuring flawless implementation and transformation, as well as long-term value creation. Additionally, you will build, manage, and coach a small team of around 5 FTEs, including Category Leads and Analysts.
