This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join a successful and growing company at one of their fast-paced restaurants. As Head Chef, you will be working with a committed brigade of chefs who you will lead, ensuring a punctual, quality service for up to 500 covers. As well as staff training, you will be responsible for all the ordering and associated paperwork whilst ensuring the kitchen is performing financially.
Requirements:
The role needs a strong team leader who has a mature approach to training in the kitchen in order to get the best out of your team. All chefs should be fully aware of current hygiene legislation with experience of training others in this area and ensuring it is followed at all times. A Chef that is a good leader, a forward thinker, able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure is essential for this role.
