Part-Qualified Accountant

Job Description
Great opportunity for an ACCA part-qualified accountant to join a small, but excellent, practice in the Epsom area.

You'll work in a broad capacity, supporting a caseload of clients with their accounting needs including: accounts, audit, tax, payroll, and bookkeeping.

The majority of clients are owner-managed businesses from a wide range of industries, and in this role, you'll not only handle a varied workload but you'll receive support to finish your ACCA qualification.

In this role, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients and will have the following responsibilities:

• Preparing accounts for clients
• Preparing corporation tax returns and personal tax returns
• Bookkeeping for clients using cloud-based software such as Xero
• Provide ad hoc business advisory services

Requirements

We are looking for applicants who are ACCA part-qualified and have experience working within an accountancy practice.

You must also have:

• Strong commercial awareness
• Good communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Detailed understanding of cloud-based accounting packages
