Role: Social Media Manager

Location: South London

Salary: £30,000 + £40,000 dependent on experience + Health and Dental care + additional internal benefits.

With an expanding product portfolio and presence in the world’s top retailers, this brand is making serious waves — and they need a creative, strategic social pro to take their digital presence to the next level.

The Role:

As Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice and vibe of the brand across all key platforms:

Instagram | TikTok | Facebook | X (Twitter) | LinkedIn

From content planning to community engagement, you'll own the full social ecosystem — keeping it fresh, on-brand, and ahead of the curve.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute the global social media strategy
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that tells the brand story
• Manage and grow online communities, responding to DMs, comments, and brand mentions
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, PR, influencer, product) to align messaging
• Use insights and analytics to report performance and optimise campaigns
• Stay on top of trends and platform updates, constantly bringing fresh ideas to the table

About You:

• You live on social media – you’re the one people go to for the latest trends
• 2+ years of social media experience, ideally within beauty, fashion or lifestyle
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Natural community manager – warm, witty, and highly responsive
• Data-savvy and results-driven
• Creative, strategic, and obsessed with brand-building
