An exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie is available at a four-star, multi-outlet hotel with a busy dining operation where you will be joining a large team of 15 chefs. The property has two restaurants that have separate menus offering modern British dining all prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce. There is also a large conference and banqueting department used by both corporate and leisure guests for functions and weddings. As Chef de Partie, you will support the senior chefs; this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and training as you will be able to work in all sections of the kitchen.
Requirements:
CVs will be considered from Chef de Parties; it is important that they highlight experience working in busy fresh food kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations. A Chef de Partie who has the drive and ability to push forward standards, can show good teamwork, and wants to learn and develop.
