ServiceNOW Senior Project Manager

Location: Erskine, Scotland (on-site required)

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Security Clearance: Due to security requirements, candidates must be UK nationals, British passport holders, of single nationality, and have resided in the UK for 10 years.

The Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead an innovative team to deploy world-class customer solutions primarily using the ServiceNow platform. You will manage one or more projects through to successful completion, assist in managing larger programs, and contribute to defining requirements, design, and implementation of project modifications and program development. A good understanding of project management methodologies and the ServiceNow platform is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow solution delivery to diverse clients
• Provide project leadership and support client engagement
• Facilitate workshops to build understanding and ensure customer satisfaction
• Produce high-quality documentation and professional interactions
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Travel may be required

Requirements:

• Experience in Service Delivery and Project Management, ideally with both waterfall and agile methodologies
• ServiceNow delivery experience, preferably in consulting
• Understanding of Project Management and Service Delivery concepts
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Certifications such as Prince2, Scrum Master, ServiceNow Certified Administrator, ITIL Foundation
