THE JOB :

The Senior Tax Accountant is a tax professional that is responsible for preparation of tax calculations and analysis for the company's domestic and international tax filings as well as quarterly tax provision calculations in an exciting, dynamic and fast‐paced industry.

THE DAY-TO-DAY :

Prepare various Federal (1120, 1065, etc.) and International Tax Filings (5471, 8858, 8865, etc.).

Prepare book to tax analysis and calculations to support the company's Tax Filings.

Prepare quarterly tax provision analysis for domestic and foreign subsidiaries.

Identify opportunities to streamline tax compliance processes and enhance efficiency using data analytics tools and Corptax automation.

Assist with other tax department projects including, but not limited to transaction analysis / calculations and extension / estimated payment calculations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting

3+ Years of prior relevant experience in public accounting, corporate tax department experience or a mixture of either.

Federal and international corporate income tax compliance experience.

Experience providing support for mergers, acquisitions, and other proposed transactions.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Proficient with Corp Tax.

Experience with Alteryx and / or Power Query.
