You will develop and adapt resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You will assess student progress through presentations, case studies, and business simulations, providing timely and constructive feedback. You will also contribute to departmental meetings and potentially lead extracurricular business clubs or enterprise projects.
Ideal Candidate:
You should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices. Proven experience in teaching Business Studies at the secondary level, preferably in a girls’ school setting, is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial, as is the ability to inspire and motivate young women to pursue careers in business.
This temporary position offers a competitive daily rate (MPS/UPS + Outer London Weighting, pro-rata), reflecting your experience and expertise. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and empowering environment, preparing young women for successful careers in business.
