Job description

Regulatory Solicitor - Health and Safety - Bristol

We are seeking a talented and experienced regulatory solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE. This regulatory team deals with health and safety regulatory matters and is based in Bristol on a hybrid basis.

The Role:

  • Providing expert legal advice and support on Health & Safety regulatory matters to clients from a range of sectors including healthcare, government, infrastructure, higher education, transport, energy, and more.
  • Advising on matters regarding health and safety, fire safety, building safety, white-collar crime, and environmental law.
  • Maintaining and growing existing client relationships and creating new ones via business development.

Qualifications:

  • You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in regulatory work - ideally in health & safety, compliance, criminal investigations, enforcement, and litigation.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ideally, you will have experience in advising and supporting local authorities regarding criminal regulatory offences.
