12 month FTC with potential to go perm after

Fantastic global consultancy based in Mayfair offering hybrid working is looking for a Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support the MD for the Leadership and Succession Planning team.

They are a Global Leadership Advisory Consultancy with offices worldwide and are now looking to appoint an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to join their Leadership and Succession team in London. This role will be a 12 month FTC floating around the Consulting / Leadership and Consulting division covering long-term sickness, secondments, etc.

Purpose of the role

As part of the L & S team working as a Project Coordinator to facilitate the smooth running of L&S assignments which includes extensive project management, client and candidate relationship management, creation of high-quality documentation, and diary management.

Key duties:

  1. Project management and coordination of the Consulting projects process and understanding the specific requirements of each client – this includes working with a variety of clients and projects at any one point in time.
  2. Supporting Consulting consultants to deliver the services which can include executive assessment projects, executive coaching or mentoring programmes, and executive succession planning projects.
  3. Complex diary management and control of the logistics of the assessment process: liaising with clients/candidates for interviews, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  4. Working extensively with our bespoke database which includes updating client/candidate information, recording notes from meetings/calls, and generating reports.
  5. Given the nature of our work, you will be expected to work with and respect highly confidential information/details.
  6. Exceptional attention to detail required to ensure all documentation and communication is correct.
  7. Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook – extensive document production and formatting presentations/packs for potential client pitches, candidate letters, etc.
  8. Submit accurate and complete Expense Reports on a timely basis and in compliance with Company expense policy; and client billing management.
  9. General support to the team as and when required.

Key person and technical skills:

  1. A level qualification as minimum or equivalent.
  2. Experience of working within a corporate environment and managing Projects would be advantageous.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels.
  4. Proven capacity to operate under pressure when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Extensive diary management experience across all time zones.
  6. Ability to comprehensively and clearly present strategic issues and possible solutions to consultants and managers.
  7. At least 3 years solid experience working for a Consultancy or a client-centric Professional Services firm.
  8. Strong previous experience working in PA or EA capacity within client-centric organisations.
