Job Title Machine Operator (BoR)

Location Corby

Pay from GBP12.50 per hour

Hours Initially days, Monday to Friday then
Rotating 12-hour days & nights, 4 on / 4 off rotation

My client in Corby is looking to add 2 people to their Machine Operator team within their manufacturing environment.

Initially, they will be looking to provide a minimum of 2 weeks 1-2-1 training to ensure that the full potential of the candidate is reached, allowing for internal progression.

To be considered for this role, you must have a desire to work in an environment that will provide you with a career rather than "just a job". You should be ambitious and willing to work within a team environment where you may be called upon to help other teams.

You should also be able to commit to the 12-hour shifts on the 4 on / 4 off rotation, be physically fit and happy to work, initially, within a role that can be repetitive.
