Hair and Media Makeup Lecturer

Salary: up to £35 per hour

Location: Rotherham

Type: Maternity cover, 30 hours per week

Reed Further Education is excited to collaborate with this college to recruit an experienced Hair and Media Makeup Lecturer to cover a maternity leave. This role offers the opportunity to inspire students and equip them with essential skills through outstanding education and training.

Requirements:

• Hold a teaching qualification at Level 5
• Possess a professional qualification in a relevant subject specialism
• Experience teaching Hair and Media Makeup
• Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths or willingness to work towards
• DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
• Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to bring the subject to life using practical, theoretical, and digital methods

All candidates registering with Reed Further Education will undergo 2 years’ worth of referencing and a DBS check. Offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks. If you are on the Barred List, it is illegal to apply or be hired for regulated activity roles.
