Trade Account Manager - Commercial Division - Edinburgh

About the role:

You will be responsible for developing and expanding your designated area by fostering relationships with restaurant partners, onboarding new clients, and driving order growth through activated restaurants. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging internal tools like Salesforce and Restaurant Manager to identify growth opportunities and optimize partner performance.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maximize potential of existing restaurant partners through building strong commercial relationships.
  • Educate partners to improve customer service and experience.
  • Ensure new restaurants are onboarded effectively within 14 days of going online.
  • Prioritize order growth and mentor partners on key steps to success.
  • Use internal platforms to identify and act on growth opportunities.

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Ability to meet ambitious targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
