Non-Executive Director - Multisite
South-West/ Remote


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Non-Executive Director to join the board of a rapidly scaling, founder-led hospitality and leisure business. This company, founded a decade ago and based in the UK, has successfully expanded into multiple sites and is now poised for growth across the UK.

The Individual:

We are looking for experienced Founders/ CEO's from within multi-site leisure or hospitality businesses who have proven experience scaling a business to 20-30 sites. The ideal candidate will understand the nuances of scaling founder led businesses and ideally will have some level of franchise experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Multi-site expansion strategy while maintaining brand integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Franchising, particularly supporting and managing franchisees effectively.
  • Strengthening operational structures to support sustainable scaling.
  • Ability to guide and mentor the current founders
  • Offering high-level strategic guidance to the executive team and attending board meetings every two months, with additional ad-hoc engagements as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as Founder or CEO of a multi-site leisure or hospitality business
  • Strong strategic vision and ability to challenge and support the executive team.
  • Financial background would be advantageous
  • Previous board experience within a found led business
  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach to supporting a growing business.
  • Experience advising private-equity-backed businesses.
