Previous BEMS Experience Required
This role plays an integral part in providing a professional and quality service to customers and the successful delivery of all Eon Control Solutions project works, ensuring a first-class service to internal stakeholders and customers. It involves delivering projects on time and within budget while promoting quality and observing the Eon Control Solutions H&S policy.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage full project costs
- Adhere to all company ISO, H&S procedures & policies
- Ensure compliance with H&S and CDM requirements, including documentation
- Attend site progress and review meetings; produce weekly reports
- Manage project variations and interim payments
- Support final account negotiations with Regional Manager or Commercial Director
- Maintain up-to-date ECS project files in line with quality procedures
- Coordinate with estimating/sales teams at technical and commercial levels
- Participate in project handover meetings
- Create and manage project work schedules
- Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and C2C reports
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Procure control items and size control valves
- Approve control panel drawings and designs
- Forecast labor requirements and manage project resources
- Manage sub-contractors and evaluate their performance
- Ensure operatives are trained for their tasks
- Conduct project design activities and review external engineering
- Prepare O&M manuals, commissioning packs, and document storage
- Attend training and meetings as required
- Adhere to ECS method statements and risk assessments
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
