Are you looking for your first role in account management?

If yes, this is a great opportunity to join our team as an Account Executive and play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships, winning new business and ensuring the seamless delivery of our existing training projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their first role in Training Account Management.

About the Role

As a Training Account Executive, you will support our Account Manager and Head of Academy in managing our key training client accounts. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and external freelancers helping to deliver training projects on time, within budget and in-line with client expectations. You will assist the Account Manager in maintaining strong client relationships and be a key point of contact for day-to-day communications. You’ll also offer administrative support to our Director including (but not limited to) admin support, travel arrangements, and event support.

About You

You are an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment. You’ll bring strong communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring that projects run smoothly, and client expectations are exceeded. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Prior experience in Account Management, or Customer Service and sales roles (essential)
  • Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus, but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of the UK Armed Forces or UK Government sectors would be beneficial, but again, not essential.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage training client relationships effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training projects and deadlines.

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for remote working and typically 2 days per week at our office based in Chalfont St Peter.
