Reporting to the Partner Manager, you'll coordinate production planning to ensure efficient warehousing and transport for key customers and third-party contracts. This hybrid role combines on-site work and strategic oversight, helping meet business KPIs and partner/internal needs.

What your day might look like:

• Support production planning & administration for the Veolia contract, covering sales orders, procurement, warehousing, and distribution across SAP systems
• Maintain daily production schedules to meet customer demands
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve operational requirements
• Provide customer service via verbal communication, calls, messages, and emails
• Recommend improvements and cost reductions
• Control stock and costs effectively
• Take product samples
• Lead wastewater testing and tank inspections
• Investigate and handle customer complaints
• Ensure compliance with statutory and quality requirements

About you:

• Strong numeracy, statistics, Excel, and SAP skills
• Forklift license is a plus
• Flexible to tasks and priorities
• Attention to detail and customer focus
• Team player
