Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, CROs, and external experts to execute translational research plans
• Define and implement strategies to discover and validate biomarkers for drug response and mechanism of action
• Develop biomarker strategies to assess proof of mechanism, early efficacy signals, and patient selection
• Engage with academic institutions, external collaborators, and CROs to support translational programs
• Contribute to the identification of new therapeutic targets for drug development
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and mentor R&D staff
• Drive innovation in translational research methods and technologies
• Prepare scientific and regulatory documentation, including study reports and conference materials
• Represent the company at international scientific conferences

Who You Are:

• Advanced degree (PhD or equivalent) in biological sciences, translational medicine, or related field
• Strong expertise in biomarker development, molecular biology, and experimental design
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, bridging preclinical and clinical research
• Skilled in scientific writing, data interpretation, and regulatory documentation
• Passionate about advancing precision medicine and targeted therapeutics
