We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant to design and facilitate impactful interventions and experiences that support senior leadership teams in increasing their performance, productivity, and shaping organizational culture.

This role allows you to connect deeply with clients' businesses, facilitating team journeys that produce innovative solutions. It also involves supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Translating customer needs into tailored learning interventions and programs.
  2. Designing customized, blended leadership development programs across various topics.
  3. Delivering remote learning and leadership development programs.
  4. Providing executive coaching and feedback using our CORE assessment tools, and conducting "Train-the-Trainer" programs for scaling.
  5. Leveraging existing frameworks to develop new programs.
  6. Building productive, professional relationships with clients.
  7. Co-creating innovative team leadership development journeys.
  8. Applying knowledge of organizational change management approaches and tools.

Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of relevant experience.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences; Master’s degree is a plus.
  3. Coaching Certification (ICF).
  4. Strong business acumen with experience working with senior leaders and developing cross-functional teams.
  5. Proficiency in designing and facilitating effective team meetings, content, and materials.
  6. Experience consulting within organizations is preferred.
  7. Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and models.
  8. Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic and tactical tasks.
  9. Effective communication skills and interpersonal aptitude.
  10. A growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise in key focus areas.
