What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating high-pressure blasting equipment to prepare metal components
• Removing surface imperfections to ensure a flawless finish
• Following strict quality control and safety procedures
• Working with precision to meet production standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Physically fit – this is an active, hands-on role
• Attention to detail – ensuring high-quality results
• Strong work ethic – reliability and willingness to learn
• Experience in grit/shot blasting is a plus, but full training is provided
