The Hire Controller, based in the depot, plays a vital role in operations, sales, and customer service. Building relationships is key, as you will coordinate the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection, liaising with various depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
On a daily basis, you will work at your desk, collaborating with other departments, including stock teams, drivers, and engineers, to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements with available equipment.
