Paint Sprayer - £15 to £17.00 per hour

  • Supplier and Manufacturer of bespoke enclosures for generators
  • Manufacture acoustic, Switch gear and UPS enclosures.
  • Supply to the Healthcare, Telecoms, Petrochemical and Retail sectors

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and apply industrial coatings to surfaces requiring up to C3 to C5 protection.
  • Operate airless, air-assisted airless, and conventional pressure pot spray equipment.
  • Mix and apply two-pack paints, including epoxy primers, ensuring durability and adhesion.
  • Conduct surface preparation, masking, and finishing techniques.
  • Inspect coatings for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter.
  • Expertise in applying coatings to C3 to C5 environments applications.
  • Strong knowledge of two-pack paints and epoxy primers.
  • Experience using airless, air-assisted airless, and conventional pressure pot spray systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and ensure precise application.
  • High attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
