Job summary

We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to support our Speech & Language Therapy team based in Northampton. This is a job share position.

The ideal candidate will have a positive, proactive attitude and will support the SALT team in providing excellent care to clients within the learning disability services of the Community Team for People with a Learning Disability (CTPLD).

While based in Northampton, you must be willing to travel across the county for meetings and training. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Main duties

All staff must be compassionate, flexible, and creative, working alongside the multidisciplinary team, volunteers, and students to deliver high-quality care. You will work under the supervision of the qualified nursing team. Our goal is to enhance and promote a positive quality of life for people with a learning disability in Northamptonshire.
