Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in our IT Company. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, drive brand awareness, and generate qualified leads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with the sales and product departments to ensure cohesive messaging and successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in driving results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, brand building, and customer acquisition.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals, ensuring a consistent message and approach throughout the customer journey.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
  4. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
  5. Create engaging and persuasive content for marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, blog articles, and white papers.

  7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:

  2. Proven experience (6+ Years) as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the IT industry, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  3. Solid understanding of marketing principles, including branding, lead generation, content marketing, and marketing automation.
  4. Demonstrated expertise in managing digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
