Job Description:

This role will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd, a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, based in Portsmouth. The role does not involve working directly for Toyota Financial Services.

In a nutshell: A high-visibility role requiring consistent delivery of sales figures monthly. Responsible for developing vehicle fleets (100 to 800 vehicles) across the UK in the corporate, non-profit, and public sectors.

About the Department: The multi-brand sales team is collaborative, dedicated, and aims to meet fleet needs of major corporates, public sector, and non-profit organizations in the UK. We provide funding, fleet management, and mobility solutions to attract new customers and support existing ones.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and acquiring new customers to meet sales targets
  • Proposing solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborating with telemarketing to maximize appointments
  • Making proposals to senior management to ensure profitability
  • Ensuring solutions are feasible, profitable, and sustainable
  • Re-engaging previous customers and addressing reasons for leaving
  • Using CRM (Salesforce) to record activities
  • Building relationships with manufacturers and supply chain
  • Preparing activity reports

  • Self-motivated with a consultative approach
  • Ability to work independently
  • OPL background
  • Experience with Deloitte fleet analysis software
  • Understanding of MaaS and SaaS in fleet management
