As Good Neighbours Project Worker, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients referred to our Good Neighbours service. You’ll support them through regular phone calls, home visits, and assessments—ensuring they receive the right support at the right time.

In this role, you’ll also recruit, train, and support a team of dedicated volunteers. You’ll create a positive and safe volunteering environment, encouraging community connection and independence among local residents.

This is a maternity cover role initially offered on a fixed-term basis of six months, with the potential for extension beyond the initial period.
