  2. Communicating with overseas suppliers in the Far East and Europe.
  3. Ensuring prototypes are received on time, within brief, and budget.
  4. Managing the BOM creation process, keeping it up-to-date and aligned with the critical path.
  5. Maintaining the Product Development Master Database with current information on fabrics, materials, and trims.
  6. Updating PD-related information on the Production Order Management System (POMS).
  7. Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues affecting the brief and critical path during development.
  8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and factories.
  9. Having a good working knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office, Notion, and Illustrator, with willingness to learn new systems.
  10. CAD designing of sketches as needed for spec packs.

Additionally, you will assist in producing clear seasonal product briefs in coordination with Merchandising and Brand teams, including:

  1. Conducting comprehensive seasonal competitor research.
  2. Creating seasonal product presentations.
  3. Maintaining the Product Development Concept Tracker for all developments.

What will make you stand out:

  1. Strong commercial instincts and understanding of what drives business success.
  2. Hustle: ability to prioritize and take ownership in a low-structure environment.
  3. Bias to action: proven ability to deliver results quickly.
