This role offers an opportunity to develop your recruiting skills and contribute to the growth of the business. You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns for our schools, from attraction and advertising to offer and onboarding
  • Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Building and nurturing talent pipelines aligned with our growth needs to recruit the right people at the right time
  • Encouraging employee referrals to attract like-minded individuals who want to make a difference
  • Championing the WG candidate experience, reflecting how we look after our people as a great place to work
  • Engaging with our Alumni talent community to support re-entry into roles within our group
  • Supporting recruiting managers to attract, select, and appoint suitable candidates while ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and legislation (including Safer Recruitment) for safeguarding
  • Promoting our employer brand and social media presence
