Our client is a leading medical device supplier, supplying to major healthcare organisations across the UK. They are market leaders looking to onboard new employees to bring fresh ideas to the team. They seek a Production Supervisor from a background in medical clothing.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day of production floor staff
• Working amongst CNC Cutting Machines, Sewing Machines, and Grinding Wheels
• Shop floor based, getting involved in day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth production
• Focus on KPIs and ensure alignment with company expectations
• Produce and maintain documentation on production, quality, and health and safety
• Uphold ISO13485 standards
• Focus on Continuous Improvement initiatives, ensuring training and development of staff
• Reporting directly to the Operations Manager

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Medical clothing background
• IOSH certified
• Management/supervisory experience
• Hands-on background, understanding how machinery works
• Strong H&S background implementing safe procedures
