Job Opportunity: Work Coach in Dungannon

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Dungannon, as a full-time Work Coach. This is a long-term temporary position.

Pay Rate and Start Date
  • Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 37 hours shift pattern – rota between 8am-8pm
Key Responsibilities

Setting Direction: Manage caseloads effectively, understand the claimant journey, assess vulnerabilities, promote Universal Credit Full Service, and adapt to changing practices.

Engaging People: Liaise with specialists, promote online job sites, build relationships with claimants, stay informed on local labour market, participate in continuous learning, and build relationships with external partners.

Delivering Results: Verify identities, assess claimant needs, provide tailored advice, explain next steps, ensure compliance, support participation in programmes, make referrals, and support claimants online and face-to-face.
