Are you looking for a new position within healthcare recruitment?

Established in 2021, Engage Healthcare is a boutique healthcare recruiter operating across 3 markets. We are a small team of high performing consultants aiming to grow into one of the UKs best Healthcare recruitment firms.

All of our growth so far has been organic and we are looking to add 2 more experienced consultants to the team. We have fast track career opportunities to Team Leader, Head of Market & Business Manager.

Remedicare offers:
  1. Basic £27,000 to £30,000
  2. Uncapped commission up to 25% per month
  3. Quarterly Bonuses up to £3,500 per quarter
  4. End of year bonus up to £5,000
  5. Company Car or Allowance (£300 PM)

What we are looking for:
  1. Sales professionals that either work in recruitment now or have worked in a fast paced sales environment.
  2. The majority of our placements are either fixed term or permanent and experience of this type of recruitment is essential.
  3. Highly Motivated and positive individuals.
