HSEQ & Assurance BI Administrator

Location: Birmingham, B26 3RZ

Hours of work: 35

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for an organised and detail-focused HSEQ & Assurance BI Administrator to join our Quality and Assurance Team. In this varied role, you'll support the Q&A Manager and HSEQ & Assurance Lead to ensure compliance across the client estate, working to meet contractual, legal, and certified standards.

Job Description

You'll be involved in activities such as reporting on incidents, tracking audit findings, maintaining systems, analysing data, and training users.

This is a great opportunity to develop skills in reporting, data insight, compliance, health and safety, and auditing, with exposure to multiple areas of governance and risk.

This role is an ideal entry point for someone looking to build a career in assurance or compliance within a supportive, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Quality Assurance team with daily tasks
  • Manage internal systems effectively
  • Issue regular reports and dashboards
  • Report on waste and sustainability for both client and ISS
  • Provide ad-hoc support for audit reporting and compliance
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance
  • Strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to interpret large data sets using Excel; PowerBI experience is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Skilled in producing data visualisations and dashboards for business reporting
  • Effective communicator with the ability to explain data insights to all stakeholders
