Salary: £104,992 - £146,650 per annum (dependant on location) plus benefits
Location: Bristol or London
Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office

The Personalised Experiences and Communications (PEC) platform is at the forefront of transforming customer experiences, delivering tailored interactions and communications across digital and physical touchpoints. Leveraging AI, analytics, and customer insights, we aim to ensure every customer message and experience is personalized, relevant, and seamless.
We’re seeking a visionary and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Martech & content ecosystems to lead our new lab, focusing on establishing connected content systems that reflect our brands consistently across all channels. Your role, alongside the Lab Engineering Lead, is to place the customer at the center of our operations, driving innovation within our content and marketing functions.
