Privacy & Compliance Lead (Global), Malmesbury

About the Role

Working as part of Dyson's Global Privacy Team within Dyson Legal, you will handle privacy compliance matters across Dyson’s global business and operations.

Reporting to the Head of Privacy, you will provide professional advice on privacy compliance to stakeholders, ensuring personal data is handled legally, ethically, and responsibly.

As a subject matter expert, you will serve as the first point of contact for privacy issues in the EMEA region, supporting stakeholders with privacy incident resolution.

You will drive privacy compliance activities, including assessments, policy development, and training, while monitoring evolving laws and regulations to maintain compliance and strategic alignment.

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years' privacy experience in a legal or compliance role within a global company.
  • Relevant degree (law, business) and privacy qualifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPP/A).
  • Strong knowledge of privacy laws, including GDPR and local laws within EMEA.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders regionally or globally.
  • Ability to interpret legislation and advise on compliance within risk and governance frameworks.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
