What You’ll Do

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals while delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will include:

  • Managing client relationships – You'll be the main point of contact, ensuring customers feel supported and informed.
  • Implementing marketing strategies – Primarily SEO-focused, but also incorporating PPC, Social media, content marketing, and web improvements.
  • Tracking and improving performance – Using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush and industry platforms to analyse data and optimise campaigns.
  • Educating and advising clients – Translating technical SEO into clear, actionable insights for businesses.
  • Problem-solving & continuous learning – Staying ahead in digital marketing while adapting to client needs.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who:

  • Loves working with customers and gets satisfaction from seeing them succeed.
  • Has digital marketing knowledge, ideally with experience in SEO (beyond just social media).
  • Can communicate clearly and build great relationships with clients.
  • Is results-driven, analytical, and proactive in finding solutions.
  • Can manage their own workload and prioritise effectively.
  • Has completed higher education courses in Digital Marketing or SEO (preferred).
  • Has experience in customer service or account management and is eager to combine both skills into a lifelong career.
