Our client is a reputable printing organization with exceptional litho and digital capabilities. They are initiating an expansion campaign that includes the creation of two new divisions and further development of their print management division.

Objective: Plan, direct, and deliver sales and profit growth by managing resources efficiently. Focus on strategic growth through staff development, sales and marketing, and the adoption of new methodologies and technologies. Set and meet annual targets within the budget framework.

Sales and Marketing Accountabilities:

  1. Deliver consistent year-on-year sales growth.
  2. Manage sales personnel to focus on acquiring new business through direct and indirect sales channels.
  3. Develop key accounts and introduce value-added services and new product lines to existing customers.
  4. Apply strategic approaches to business growth, review opportunities, and drive expansion.
  5. Achieve and surpass sales, margin, and profit targets.
  6. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  7. Maintain a professional, ethical, and quality-focused business reputation.
  8. Monitor internal factors influencing business success.
  9. Conduct market research and analysis to target sectors effectively, determine resource needs, and set appropriate pricing strategies.
  10. Engage with top customer accounts alongside Key Account Managers to support strategic sales development.

Job Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • Strong sales and presentation skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of print and direct marketing products and technologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in IT, finance, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent management capabilities.
