Job description

Our client is a culture-driven SaaS brand, looking to hire a part-time Event Marketing Manager who is available as an ongoing temp. This mid-level role requires strong experience in both marketing and event management, along with a solid understanding of digital marketing platforms and experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.

This is a part-time role, so our client would like to have someone with a specific reason for wanting to work three days each week and one of those days in the London office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute monthly webinar series, ensuring all logistics and marketing are in place for successful delivery.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of public sector tradeshows and events, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Provide support on larger events, working closely with the Senior Event Marketing Manager.
  • Create and manage event pages on HubSpot, including setting up workflows to integrate with webinar and event registration platform.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the business.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Strong experience in marketing and event management, preferably within the B2B sector.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, with experience using HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, proactive, and conscientious.
  • A calm and composed approach with the ability to work well within a team.
  • Looking for part-time, three days a week and can commit to ongoing temp role.
