Pay Rate: £45.50 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Service Manager to join the Adult Mental Health and Learning Disability Team in South Tyneside. Candidates must have SWE registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a Social Work degree, and possess post-qualified experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to Mental Health and Learning Disability Social Work Teams, collaborating with partners.
  • Promote independence and person-centered care through effective social work practice.
  • Inspire, mentor, and motivate teams to ensure high performance and responsive service delivery.
  • Oversee policy implementation, service development, and quality assurance within statutory services.
  • Optimize service performance, ensuring value for money and resource efficiency.
  • Prepare teams for CQC assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
