South Ayrshire Council is offering a temporary Modern Apprentice position aimed at providing employability opportunities for young people. The role focuses on supporting career development and requires joining the PVG Scheme. Pay rates vary based on age.
The Council provides a wide range of employability opportunities for people in South Ayrshire to support them in gaining experience, training, and employment. This programme is part of the council's youth employability initiative, committed to offering career development opportunities for young people within South Ayrshire. To comply with funding conditions from Skills Development Scotland, applicants must meet the following criteria before the start date of 21 July 2025:
The assessment centre and interviews will take place during the week of 17 June 2025. These dates are fixed and cannot be changed.
