Commercial Manager

What you'll be doing?

• Procure and monitor the day-to-day management and performance of various project and term contracts
• Define and implement the most appropriate commercial model and form of contract including legal negotiations
• Lead all development and implementation of a Contracts Management Programme and monitoring system to track cost and performance of the contractor, including the management of any sub-standard performance and quality management issues

What you'll need?

• Relevant Technical, Quantity Surveyor or Business Degree (or equivalent experience), with significant and proven experience in a Contract or Commercial Management Role
• Proven experience of stakeholder management and the ability to maintain and develop relationships with both internal and external parties
• Ability to develop and interrogate data and produce both quantitative and qualitative reports
