Part-Time Finance Director Property Development & Construction

Nottingham (Remote/Hybrid)

1 - 2 days P.W.

Are you a commercially astute, qualified Finance Director with experience in property development or construction? Were hiring the first Finance Director for a fast-growing business.This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the financial future of a company entering its next phase of growth.

About The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the senior management team, you will take full ownership of the finance function offering both strategic influence and day-to-day control of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial management, reporting, and compliance
• Develop and implement a robust financial strategy aligned with company growth plans
• Manage forecasting, budgeting and cash flow planning
• Oversee profit & loss, tax planning and statutory requirements
• Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations
• Deliver insightful analysis to support commercial decision-making
  
  

About You

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as Finance Director or equivalent in a property development or construction environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to influence business strategy
  
  

This would be an ideal opportunity for a fractional FD to add to their existing portfolio. Property / Construction experience essential.
