We are seeking a talented, self-directed B2B Digital Acquisition Marketing Specialist - to support campaign development and execution for Amazon Business across Europe.
The Digital Acquisition Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development of the pan Europe acquisition strategy, designing and building new acquisition programmes and executing campaigns focused on increasing customer acquisition and growth.
The ideal candidate has a passion for and deep experience in B2B marketing and can manage multiple programs and projects at one time. With knowledge of the B2B acquisition funnel, including the various lead stages and actions to convert customer interest into action.

• Support the execution of the European Commercial, Public Sector and Strategic Accounts Marketing strategy, including the development, optimisation and launch of integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
• Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to help define, develop and implement projects.
• Lead the creation and optimisation of email, direct mail and website programs to engage customers and generate interest in Amazon Business at scale and across several audience segments.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution.
• Dive deep into data and develop performance reports and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign results and effectiveness.
• Provide clear and concise documentation for stakeholder teams that outline strategy, tactics, goals and performance for campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
