Job description

As a Hotel Receptionist at RAF Brize Norton, you'll be passionate about inter-communication and have our customers and their safety at the heart of everything you do. Our admin colleagues run an efficient service for our clients.

What you'll do:

  • Take relevant calls from passengers and personnel wishing to book accommodation.
  • Dealing with delayed passengers and passengers flying out of Brize Norton, checking passengers in and out.
  • General administration tasks, such as relevant paperwork.
  • Working with booking systems online, responding to emails and enquiries, basic computer work.
  • Support the management team closely; you'll be a vital part of the team, be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require.
  • Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and/or digital form.
  • Liaising with other departments on site.
  • Ensuring cleaning schedules are met.
  • Ensuring entitled delayed passengers are catered for.

What you bring:

  • Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box.
  • Champion of health & safety practices.
  • Desire to grow and progress your career if you are interested.

Package Description
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 2 days 2 nights (Days shifts: 0700-1600, 0700-1930, 10.30-1930 Night shifts: 1900-0730)
  • £12.21 - £13.53 per hour
