More about the role :

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and simple tax questions. Continuous support will be provided.
  • Get paid $18.50 per hour.
  • Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th.
  • Earn a $310 bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert.
  • Certification lasts 3 days.
  • Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
  • A minimum of 30 hours per week is required; additional hours are welcome.
  • You will be supported during live calls by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) advocate.

Required Experience & Skills

To succeed as a Service Provider for TurboTax, you should be proficient in:

  • No specific accounting background is required. Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and assist customers are preferred.
