We are looking for an Install Base Representative who will grow within the Supply Chain department, reporting to the Customer Supply and Install Base Manager.

What will your responsibilities be within bioMerieux?

You will be responsible for taking charge of administration and commercial relations related to the acquisition of an instrument and/or service for all external and internal customers from the receipt of sales, placement, rental and/ or maintenance contract up to billing.

You will need to ensure the orders of systems and equipment, the service contract management in partnership with the sales team and the install base follow up. It is crucial you contribute to service organisation and efficiency.

Who are you?

You must be confident in sales administration and have knowledge of SAP. It is crucial for you to be a good listener who is empathetic and assertive with an ability to manage critical call situations. You must be customer and solution oriented and very organised along with a team player.
