Job Description

  • Coordinate and support sales activities within the department.
  • Work with the B2B Marketing Lead, our Senior Leadership Team and CEO to manage sale leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Schedule appointments to showcase and pitch solutions, products, and expertise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns.
  • Work alongside the sales team to achieve set targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and documentation to support sales, growth, and development projects.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
